Who we are
Sacred Agents of the Earth ("we", "us", "our") provides 1:1 sessions, group ceremony, sound healing, kinesiology, integration support and coaching, held in North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Queensland, Australia.

What we collect
Through our website (built and hosted on Squarespace) and our booking tools, we may collect:
Contact and inquiry details — name, email, phone (optional), preferred location, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in your message.
Readiness Check responses — health, medication and wellbeing information you share with us so we can assess whether our work is safe and appropriate for you right now. This is sensitive health information, and we treat it accordingly (see "How we handle health information" below).
Booking information — once our booking system (Calendly) is connected, this will include your name, email, phone, and the appointment time you select.
Standard website data — Squarespace automatically collects some technical information from visitors, like IP address, browser type and general usage data, through cookies and analytics. This is Squarespace's standard functionality, not something we set up ourselves.
How we use it
We use what you share with us to:
Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
Assess whether our services are a safe and suitable fit for you, through the Readiness Check
Book and manage your sessions or ceremonies
Refer you to our kinesiologist for additional support, where relevant and only with your knowledge
Meet our own legal and safety record-keeping obligations
We do not use your information for anything beyond running this business and keeping you safe within it.
How we handle health information
Health information is treated as sensitive information under Australian privacy law, and we take that seriously. Specifically:
We only ask for health and medication information where it's genuinely needed to assess your safety and readiness to participate.
Your Readiness Check responses are seen only by Haley, David, and (where a referral is needed) our kinesiologist, not shared more broadly within or outside the business.
We won't use your health information for any purpose beyond safety screening and the direct support of your sessions.
Do we sell or share your information?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party, ever. The only "sharing" that happens is:
With Squarespace, as the platform that hosts our website and stores form submissions on our behalf
With Calendly, to manage bookings
With our kinesiologist, only where a Readiness Check response means a referral is appropriate
We chose Squarespace specifically because it's a platform we can control directly, and we don't add third-party trackers or advertising tools beyond what's needed to run the site.
How we store and protect it
Your information is stored on Squarespace's servers, which use industry-standard security measures. We don't keep separate spreadsheets, printouts or copies of Readiness Check responses outside of what's needed to deliver your sessions safely.

Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for legal or safety reasons

Cookies
Our website uses cookies through Squarespace's built-in functionality, to help the site run properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Children's privacy
Our services and our website are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Acceptance of these terms
By using our website or booking a session with Sacred Agents of the Earth, you agree to these terms.
The nature of our work
Sacred Agents of the Earth offers 1:1 sessions, group ceremony, sound healing, kinesiology, integration support and coaching. This work is offered in service of personal growth, connection and wellbeing.
This is not medical or psychiatric treatment. Nothing on this website, and nothing offered in a session or ceremony, is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition, or to replace the advice of a qualified doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist or other health professional. If you're currently under the care of a health professional, please continue that care alongside, not instead of, any work you do with us.
Readiness and eligibility
Before certain sessions or ceremonies, we ask you to complete a Readiness Check. This is a genuine safety step, not a formality:
You agree to answer honestly and completely, including about health conditions and medications.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone your participation, at our discretion, where we believe it isn't safe or appropriate for you at this time.
Where we decline, we'll aim to point you toward alternative support, such as our kinesiologist, where appropriate.
Confidentiality
We hold what you share with us, in sessions and in your Readiness Check, in confidence, as outlined in our Privacy Policy above. In turn, we ask that anything shared by other participants in a group ceremony is kept confidential and not discussed outside that space, out of respect for everyone present.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including in your Readiness Check, and for seeking your own independent medical advice where appropriate. Participation in any session or ceremony is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability

Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Sacred Agents of the Earth unless otherwise stated, and shouldn't be copied or reused without our permission.
